Why being told "NO" can make you stronger

Milton Berle's quote "When opportunity doesn't knock, build a door" has become very important to my life. Here is why it should be a part of yours too:

• In order to get things done in life, you should be kind yet forceful.
• Being assertive shows the world that you know what you want out of life.
• You are less likely to be taken advantage of if you do so.
• We need more men in this world that are big dreamers, and more women who are prepared to seize every opportunity to achieve their dreams.
• NEVER TAKE "NO" AS AN ANSWER. Being rejected is a fact of life, just pick yourself up and show the world that you are not bowing out of the race. Let it be a challenge.
