Piloxing: the most empowering workout you can have.



The workout revolution.

This month I started a new at-home fitness routine, which incorporates both pilates and boxing! The creator Vivica Jensen created a fun and empowering way to exercise and learn to respect your body. I have worked out to the DVD with both guys and girls, and everyone has loved it. You can do the workout with or without hand weights/boxing gloves. If you are looking to de-stress and feel unstoppable, try it out :)
